Untuk shrug ngan upright rows better pakai barbell sebab bila dumbell susah nak balance kiri dan kanan. Kalo leh guna yang olympic barbell yang tepi dia bulat besar tu.

Shrug = start 20kg sebelah (yang ni kena men heavy baru trap ko membengkak rasa cam ada org duk atas ko so kena beli gym straps baru leh men heavy)

Upright Rows = start 5 @ 10 kg sebelah (ni ringan sket xper coz yang penting movement kena betul)

p/s : gym straps >> search kat google imej kuar nanti rupa dier

tq2...tu la, rmai yg bgtaw aqu kne wat cutting...tp sbenarnya aqu nak main saiz bkn cut...since aqu wrkout 100% natural and totally no gym, so instructor aqu sruh maintain dlu weight aqu spy aqu dapat wrkout at maximum load..dia sruh bg besar gila2 dlu, then bru diet and buat cutting....

routine harian aqu;
-200 pushups (4 different style and 50 reps for each style of pushup) 
-150 situps
-1500 skipping
-1 minute plank before and another 1 minute after workout.


ps: instructor aqu ajar, pushup akn lbih efektif apbla posisi kaki berada lebih tinggi dr badan.(ltak kaki ats kerusi atau meja then tangan atas lantai)...

harvey, berat n tinggi ang berapa?
siza ada dah.shape ja lg.
berat sblm mula wrkout 85kg, skg 101kg...
tinggi 165cm...
ukur lilit lengan skang 16inci...klaw aqu wat cutting skg, mayb lengan aqu akn trun jd +-14 inci...Since aqu xda amik pape supleement or protein, so akn agak susah utk aqu besarkn blk lengan nnti cz brat bdn da mkin ringan..Klaw wat shape skg mmg bleh je tp aq hnya akn nmpak pdat, not huge...huhuhu
