Aku main nonstop 1st 1.5hours, pastu rehat 30min, pastu smbg lg sejam.
patot lah lambat nmpk efek..apeda..ikut la cara yg betul abuff.. setiap set rehat seminit..jgn lebih semenet.. pastu setiap skill tu rehat dlm 3-5minit..jgn lupa strech lps PUMP.. teran kaw2..br la kembang cepat otot tu.. abam just share apa yg abam tau.. terpulang la nk ikut ke x..hehe

Ni sbb aku cm ada 2hr je dlm semggu g gym, huhu patot lah lambat nmpk efek..apeda..ikut la cara yg betul abuff.. setiap set rehat seminit..jgn lebih semenet.. pastu setiap skill tu rehat dlm 3-5minit..jgn lupa strech lps PUMP.. teran kaw2..br la kembang cepat otot tu.. abam just share apa yg abam tau.. terpulang la nk ikut ke x..hehe
